Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Seagoat Ceramics does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel your order you must email your cancellation request before the item is marked as "label in system" or "shipped"

I will issue you are refund minus the original transaction fee. The original transaction fee is usually about 5% but varies by payment provider.

 

DAMAGES:

Any goods which arrive damaged must be photographed and brought to my attention within 48 hours of delivery. Email - hello@seagoatceramics.com

I will not replace damaged or broken goods due to customer neglect.

 

 

RETURNED TO SENDER/UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:

All orders are sent with tracking information. It is your responsibility to track your package.

I do not alter shipping address unless you have emailed me asking me to do so.

Please be aware you may need to pick up your package from a distribution center and/or pay import fees. If you do not do so in a timely manner the shipping service will send your package back to me. 

 

If your package is returned back to me (i.e. package refusal/ failure to pay duties ect.) - I will refund you the cost of the item(s) less the shipping charges and a 20% restocking/transaction/handling fee.

There is a 20% restocking/transaction/handling fee on all returned items. 

 

SHIPPING CLAIMS: 

Buyer is responsible for filing shipping claim(s).
